LINDEN is currently seeking a Compliance Officer. The candidate will implement, monitor, and enforce the company’s policies and procedures.

More specifically, the applicant will be responsible for the following:

1. Regulatory reporting including but not limited to: Annual and periodic ADV updates, Blue Sky filings, and 13G/D filings;

2. Disaster recovery trainings; and

3. Review of correspondence, blotters, trading records, monthly statements, etc.
